Welcome to Hugtopia! We're so happy to have you all here. We know it can be stressful, starting in a game (or adding a character!) so in an effort to help, we bring you an Intro CR Meme!

We'll be posting this meme each application cycle for all players to meet and plot together, so please be sure to keep an eye out and help each other feel welcome. And be sure to check back often; someone may have a fun new idea in the middle of the night that you might not want to miss out on!

It is recommended that new players or new characters include (NEW) in your subject line, so other players know to welcome you! You can also leave a comment to the NEW top-level mod thread with a link to your own top-level, so people can easily find you.

Brief Intro: I'm not super into fandoms the past few years, except for Final Fantasy XIV! I mostly play FFXIV and Monster Hunter World. I'm in my last year of Database Administration and was doing a couple courses over the past month (thus sporadic tagging oops), and am starting up the new semester this week (so probably more sporadic tagging, alas). I'm froakie and generally just post about my cat, RP, and FFXIV.

Appearance: 4'8" draconic-looking-but-not-a-dragon woman with a tail and horns and very very bright blue eyes! There's a thin ring of light around her pupils, and her irises have a faint inner light about them while also reflecting some light. They give her a bit of an ethereal vibe.

Brief personality: Stereotypical heroic personality. She's quiet, kind, dislikes attention, stubborn, opinionated, and all kinds of messed up.
Brief history: Woke up at age 21 without any memories. Had a rough start. Joined the adventurer's guild. Eventually started helping people, slaying gods, destroying castrums, dismantling corrupt theocracies, ending wars, liberating nations, saving worlds, etc. etc. etc.
Shipping Preferences: she is very not available. Σ>―(〃°ω°〃)♡→

What your character wants/needs: wants to find a way to go home and take Ardbert back with her with all their memories intact. Needs more friends and things to do aside from daily chores, exercise, bird care, crafts, etc., etc., etc. She's in a bit of a rut and relies too heavily on Ardbert & the small amount of close CR she currently has. Era also needs to let herself properly grieve for the loss of her other love, but that's a WIP lol. ):

Man i should just make an alt on aether, a lot of folks I know seem to play over there. ("Carrie you're still a complete baby just focus on doing the MSQ with your main first." YEAH BUT!! BUT!!!)

That out of the way, Era and Hummy's thread at the party has been real cute and I want them to hang out more!! (also I'm sorry for being slow hbpffhtht i've had family visiting.)

I was on Crystal for ages until I ragequit because party finder was so bad I couldn't prog at all ikytgrdf the raid scene is amazing on Aether ;3;

If you're on Primal tho, Jenn (Ardbert's player!) has a main on Famfrit! :)
