Welcome to Hugtopia! We're so happy to have you all here. We know it can be stressful, starting in a game (or adding a character!) so in an effort to help, we bring you an Intro CR Meme!

We'll be posting this meme each application cycle for all players to meet and plot together, so please be sure to keep an eye out and help each other feel welcome. And be sure to check back often; someone may have a fun new idea in the middle of the night that you might not want to miss out on!

It is recommended that new players or new characters include (NEW) in your subject line, so other players know to welcome you! You can also leave a comment to the NEW top-level mod thread with a link to your own top-level, so people can easily find you.

First of all, thanks for the add on plurk! Second, I am very much looking forward to playing with your characters, specially Vianca. I saw her in the taken list and was immediately interested in her because Pikmin is my life lol Peach is gonna feel bad that Vianca recognizes her but she can't remember ever seeing her though :O

Appearance: I use Tae Asakura (from SMT Devil Summoner) as her PB until I can whip up some icons, but her actual appearance is here!
Brief personality: A plucky busybody of a reporter from AU 19th century London that's been deep underground in an area known as the Neath for roughly 40 years. She's highly curious, a little cheeky, and stronger than she looks. Likes animals and kids and hats and wine.
Brief history: Grew up uneventfully in Liverpool, worked as a reporter there as well. Initially came to the Neath following a lead on the man who murdered her younger brother. She is still in pursuit of him. She’ll get him, though. And then he’ll get his. She has seen and done some wild shit since coming down there. There's a bit more detail about that and about her personality in her application. Feel free to..idk, ask questions or whatever.
Shipping Preferences: I mean sure. If something clicks, I'm down. Dot is bi as hell.
What your character wants/needs:
• To get her bearings - Dot's from the 1890s and could use some help getting used to the modern world.

• Information - She wants to know anything and everything you can tell her about Havenwell. Interesting news and gossip about the residents also welcome.

• Drinking buddies - This wine she brought isn't going to drink itself and it'd be a shame to drain it by herself!

Seeking: More than anything? EXPLORATION. Dot wants to know what the hell is up with this place, its so-called Gods, and the world outside the wall. She's gonna do as much investigating and snooping and she possibly can and would love your character's help.

Yes good, investigation is great and she's discovered quite a bit in her time here...! She is making an effort to not be so risky, turns out there are people that would get worried or upset whenever something happens to her, imagine that? She's... still struggling to grasp that. But such things are not so easily avoidable if opportunity is there to follow leads.

I just want to say I've been enjoying both Prompto and this guys' CR, as well as Nico and Zenitsu (probably obvious in my plurks lmfao)!!

I do want to see how these two's CR will go, and now that I'm slightly out of the weird funk I had last month I'm gonna try to throw this guy your way more!!

There are varying memories for Satoru for something dumb like making a deal with his superiors of getting a local delicacy sweet in return for saving one of his students, or more triggery stuff like death and almost dying... 8D;;

Hey, characters behave differently in different circumstances, so it's all good! Just means they're three dimensional is all. I'm sure he'll have plenty of time to play around otherwise. She's used to dealing with Taako though and not much tends to get a rise out of her if he's just doing that sort of thing for fun.

either way lup has seen plenty of dark things (she's literally died like 10-20 times tbh) so she can take it no problem.
