Welcome to Hugtopia! We're so happy to have you all here. We know it can be stressful, starting in a game (or adding a character!) so in an effort to help, we bring you an Intro CR Meme!

We'll be posting this meme each application cycle for all players to meet and plot together, so please be sure to keep an eye out and help each other feel welcome. And be sure to check back often; someone may have a fun new idea in the middle of the night that you might not want to miss out on!

It is recommended that new players or new characters include (NEW) in your subject line, so other players know to welcome you! You can also leave a comment to the NEW top-level mod thread with a link to your own top-level, so people can easily find you.

Just curious (but no pressure to answer!): You mean a technical services librarian or a systems/technology librarian? Either way, good luck with school! Librarians are awesome.

As for Sasuke, I'm happy to send Minato his way at some point when the opportunity comes up for eventual hugs if he needs them?

Right now I'm looking into more the technology side of library and information science. I enjoy working with the kids and patrons, but I have been really enjoying the more technical side with coding and creating databases.

I will look out for Minato and see what happens when we toss them at each other!

Yay, more techie stuff! That seems lots more viable, especially with what's going on right now. Hoping that wherever you do end up working that they're flexible enough if you did ever want to be at the ref desk or in public services sometimes too. Wishing you the best and thanks so much!

Thanks, I appreciate it because yeah, you're telling me. I'm not entirely sure how secure my current job is depending on what format schools return to in the fall, but I won't know until later.
