Yes, the guy who wears some of the spikiest armor in the game with the general temperament to match and who will literally yeet himself out of conversations he doesn't like, in a world where hugging is mandatory. Luckily he's taken several dozen levels of chill since his first possible introduction (where he eventually gives killing you his best college try) so all in all, could be worse? Don't let the grump fool you, he's at least 60% marshmallow fluff under that crunchy layer of broken glass.

Also luckily for his new god Rawna he's given up his Head Dragonslayer of the Country of Dragonslayers ways. That could've gotten awkward otherwise.

He will never admit it, but he likes cheerful optimists/idealists. I present as evidence: his only friend for years being Aymeric "gonna go talk to my dad who will never publicly acknowledge that I'm his son about all the murder and corruption at the heart of our nation's war machine and that'll clear it right up" de Borel who he will fight entire said war machine for with his bare fists if need be, and also the fact that he took one look at Alphinaud and went "well guess I have a little brother again."

By which I mean obviously he will be tsundere at Aerith but I can see them getting along really well rofl.

Hello Famine! I'm Luna and I have Goro Akechi from Persona 5: Royal. He is from end game, so let me know if I need to refrain from spoilers and I'll do my best. That said...

I'm slowly making my way through FFXIV story (stuck on Crystal Tower stuff before I can finally start Heavensward), so I'm not 100% sure who Estinien is (I think he popped up for like a scene or something for a little while so far?). I will always pre-emptively apologize for Akechi and future tags, but I'm excited to tag him!

You will get to hang out with him soon then! If you haven't done the 30-50 drg job quests, he only shows up in the first few quests of Heavensward. :3 and technically you won't even see his face until the end...

I'm fine for spoilers, I've never played a Persona game in my life so I wouldn't even know where to start lol.

Sounds good! Akechi is kind of a manipulative asshole, but he's not really trying to hide it as much these days due to his canon point.

Hi, I'm X and I'm playing Seto Kaiba from Yu-gi-oh here. Not sure if you're familiar but he is also of a more prickly nature stuck in a huggy feely world so they have this in common! Also they are linked to the same God, and you might not want to mention dragonslaying to Seto either. He is very attached to his three blue-eyes-white-dragons (which are cards, but linked to actual monster spirits because yu-gi-oh is complicated like that...).

okay look it's complicated, y'know, thousand year war war of attrition vs dragons and all, personal vengeance quest to avenge his family, then being possessed by the elder dragon that killed your family (and...honestly looks like something straight off a Yu-Gi-Oh card, tbh...) and realizing that he was just as driven by grief as you were 'cause his sister was murdered a thousand years ago...

Basically he's like 3/4ths dragon by volume at this point, and has adopted dragon siblings, it's cute.

THIS SOUNDS LIKE A LONG BACKSTORY- Kaiba stopped listening 5 minutes ago. I'm sorry that's just how he is, but I, personally, am intrigued. Plus he can't talk because he did have to help take out a 5-headed dragon before that ended up "killing" his younger brother.. but it was in a virtual world so Mokuba got better. Sometimes, you have to bite the bullet and take a dragon out.
