September Event OOC Plotting Post
This month's event lasts from September 16th to September 30th. Below, as well as on the mingle itself, you'll find information on the event. Please use this post for all your plotting needs - talk to fellow players, post up your plans, find people to tag, or ask the mods a question about the event under the Question Thread below. ❥ PROMPT I: Robot Crossing

Now that all the new and old arrivals have mingled and met, the robotic natives start pointing everyone toward the VR cafes. The bright lights and cozy insides have been decorated with fake leaves and carved and painted plaster approximations of fruits and vegetables in odd colors. When an offworlder comes in, they explain that back when they were still in their flesh bodies, the month of Ohnir was one for harvest and celebrations of the summer bounties. Now, without any real farms or need to eat, they've translated the Harvest Festival into a game, so why not play?

Logging in with another character will net you a little farm and a variety of games to choose from:

1. Pick and harvest as many Aellyn vegetables and fruits as you can before the timer runs out! The more you pick, the better your score. Work together with your partner to clear the field in any way you can. Strangely, once you finish clearing a tree or a field row of their bounty, they seem to magically refill when you turn your back. Oh well, at least you won't run out before the timer hits zero and with the sheer number of levels and combinations of trees and fields with obstacles in your way to make harvesting a little more challenging with each new level, you certainly won't be running out of things to do.
   
2. With a partner, use the giant slingshot to launch comically large fruits into a garden patch of other colored fruits. Match a line of 3 or more similarly shaped fruits to clear it from the field. The more fruits you can clear, the higher your score - aka welcome to Fruit Crush. Stack lines of 6 or more to get shining clear diamond fruits that clear the entire row and snag yourself some bonus points.
   
3. You and your partner(s) are given a magical golden pumpkin and it's your job to grow it into the largest pumpkin possible. Why? There's a county fair of course and the largest pumpkin wins! But how do you grow this pumpkin? Well, there are a lot of methods! You could gather up materials and work together to stick it to the pumpkin until it absorbs them and grows. You could do a song and dance routine together to encourage the pumpkin's soul to grow big and bright. You could hold hands and share stories and entertain the pumpkin until it feels encouraged enough to grow on its own. The possibilities are endless, so get to work making the best pumpkin that (digital) fair has ever seen!

As always, when playing the game, the picture and quality seems to increase as long as you're in contact with another person. Once the games are over and your scores tallied, the cafe attendant walks over and asks to see your communicators. To the winners, he or she attaches a little floating charm in the shape of one of Aellyn's weirder fruits. It looks like a cross between a blue rambutan and the hala aka puhala fruit, and it's called the sikheen fruit here. The sikheen are extremely rare nowadays, but their appearance is so unique that Havenwell residents still like to remember it for the Harvest Festival. Enjoy your prize!

❥ PROMPT II: Paint by Number

The new arrivals get to enjoy Havenwell in all its glory for about a week before suddenly, one day everyone wakes up to find the entire city has gone gray. And not a natural, nice gray either, but a strange dull, lifeless gray. Everything from the sky to the houses to the grass to the native people have all turned the exact same shade of graphite gray. Even the natives are confused and the devout flock to the temples while the science-minded head to the labs to study this new phenomenon. The only ones who seem spared from this strange color drain are the offworlders and the statues of the gods in the center of town. Or, well, at least most of the offworlders are spared. A few people might notice that their colors aren't as bright as they once were, or that parts of them are starting to turn gray as well. Those offworlders unlucky enough to lose some of their own can touch another player character to regain what was lost easily enough. Overall though, no one seems harmed by this sudden loss of color, but they're certainly perplexed.

A few days later and round silver platforms start showing up around the city, dragged out of storage by the natives. The first arrivals might remember these as the fireworks platforms that are activated by people standing and holding hands on them. The temple priests and scientists encourage the offworlders to stand on the platforms again and to hold hands or engage in some other sort of physical contact on them and wait.

When characters do as asked, the platforms shoot fireworks like they did before - in brilliant colors instead of the dull gray everywhere. And wherever the sparks fall, color starts returning to the world in splotches. The natives are overjoyed and move the platforms all across the city, asking the offworlders to find and use them wherever possible to return the color to their town.

❥ PROMPT III: Sharing is Caring

Ohma's temple is particularly lively during Ohnir and the priests are busy cleaning and sweeping, decorating it with rolls of parchment and digital inkwells and quills that write as if they were actually fountain pens. The natives, especially adherents of Ohma, start to make pilgrimages to the temple in little processions, some playing music, others flying banners. It would probably be far more impressive if the colors weren't still so gray and splotchy, but they're trying their best.

Anyone who chooses to follow can observe the natives going up to the altar and sharing stories with one another. They talk about things they did over the past year or things that are far, far in their past. Some of the stories are happy and result in the procession laughing and some are...well, not everyone came back from the lightning storms. The priests diligently write every story down on those parchment rolls and deposit them onto the waiting altar, where they're summarily lit on fire to the cheers of those present. The more emotional the story it seems, the brighter and bluer the flame that it emits and the louder the procession cheers.

As the file out, they notice you watching and urge you to go up with someone else in the temple to clear your heart and offer up your own stories. They can be stories of home, information about your worlds, or stories about your life. It seems the more personal the story, the brighter the flame though and the more Dora that will mysteriously show up in your account at a later date. If the priests are asked about this donation later, they're just as perplexed. No one they know would have paid anyone for an offering to Ohma, so where could it have come from....?

❥ PROMPT IV: Sleep Sweet

With Ainea's temple familiars finally back where they belong, quiet returns to the city at night. We're sure that first long uninterrupted sleep felt heavenly, right? Although there may not be color in the city, the world of dreams at least is fully technicolor and safe. Which might be weird for some characters in case they don't normally dream or remember their dreams because now everyone is dreaming at night. Most of the dreams are the usual variety that your character always has, but every so often in the midst of a pleasant dream about home or a funky one about flying pizza (whatever it is you usually dream about, we don't judge), there's a glitch.

Out of the corner of your eye or just on the edge of your vision, a person appears. Their face can't be seen and their arms are longer than they have any right to be, but they appear and stand there, watching. Trying to focus on this person causes them to flit away and it's easy enough to dismiss as a random event, until it keeps happening. And it keeps happening, and it keeps happening, and every time you see this person, they get closer and even less distinct. Waking up and talking to or holding someone might help calm that disquiet in your heart, offworlder, so hopefully there's someone around to help you.

first off who wants a small pink person to live with them. Her positive qualities are she won't make a ruckus in your home, she has a lot of band-aids she will gladly share, and you can pick her up for quick and easy $$$.

As for prompts!
i. She doesn't know a whole lot about growing things real good, but she knows they like stories so let's hold hands and whisper stories and hum at the pumpkin ok. Also-- extreme plucking.

ii. look at this extremely pink child, let her hold your grey hand.

iii. OHMA PARTY she would probably ask if she could write stories, she wants! To practice! Her penmanship!! But she is a very good listener and Will Be There for Story Time.

iv. please see aforementioned good quality: pick her up. But also see: Panic Party.


KAITO
i. He is most assuredly in the "dump things on the pumpkin and see if it works until someone tells him that's dumb" camp.

ii. He has not been a very touchy person this month and THUS his blonde hair is probably going real grey. H u h .

iv. ???? He (mostly) is still on his own so whOOPS. Though if it gets bad enough he might see if other people are having wonky dreams and try to go from there.

HELLO FRIENDS my schedule this week is wonky and so I may or may not get a slow start on the event, depending on how dead I am after work until the weekend. But I am here for plotting! I think I'm covered ish for Prompt I but as far as the others go:

II the fireworks are always a fun time and Magolor recognizes them from the first time around, and will gladly engage in some good old platform handholding. I don't off the top of my head have any specific ideas for this one beyond that but they may come to me later and in the meantime I'd love to hear yours if you got 'em!

III I definitely want to do this one, I'm a huge sucker for Magolor being forced to talk about himself for $$$ lol. And for hearing from YOUR character too! He will be much cagier about what he shares with people he doesn't know unless something resonates powerfully in terms of similar backstory or whatever, but with CR he is more likely to let something maaaaaybe bordering on a real honest confession about his life slip.

IV I gotta jet up there and ask the mods if the disturbing dreams happen if a character sleeps during the day too, but if they do, I'm excited to take care of a really rare opportunity for Magolor to actually be vulnerable/upset about something for once! Very hard to achieve in this setting but uncontrollable intrusive dream-discontent will do it, so, I have to take advantage. His upset will be pretty mild even so, but he might be a little more open and clingy than usual, if you want in on that. As far as providing the C side of the H/C there, he's pretty . . . bad at it . . . but I as a player prefer it and also think his attempts are hilarious, so, if you want some post-nightmare pats and awkward consoling, please hmu ♥

IT'S HIS MONTH to fail. Let's do things.

I'm looking for Paint by Number, Sharing is Caring, and Sleep Sweet partners. Taako's got stories galore to share and he tends to nap in weird places (and have night terrors, that's still a thing) so if anyone wants to hmu for some story-telling or cuddling a freaked out elf who can turn a fence post into chocolate, come at me.

He's also looking into starting up a business here, most likely food related, so come chat to him about that too. I'll be posting a "wildcard" with him surveying offworlders about foods they want/miss from home on the event prompt.

Rin has yet to try any of the VR Games (she's from feudal Japan, electricity is magic to her, what is VR???) but if anyone would like a tiny cheerful helper.... She is also good for fireworks! She loves those, it's like being at a festival! If anyone would like to dance with a tiny girl or hug her, she is quite happy to do so.

- Has not been doing the touchy-feely stuff very much and thus will probably end up with most/all the color drained off him sooner or later, but since there's no other real effects from it he likely. won't care. enough to actively seek out a solution. He can probably be recruited for ~making fireworks~ in a pinch though!!
- Will probably end up being ushered into Ohma's temple for Story Time, if anyone wants to hear Pointedly Tame stories or try to pry him open for weirder stuff about his canon.
- HASN'T BEEN SLEEPING MUCH ANYWAY I GUESS THIS WILL JUST CONTINUE!!

Tamaki
- Is going to sing and dance for that pumpkin! You'd better believe it!! He wants to win that cute phone charm and getting to win it doing stuff he usually does anyway? My god yes. A perfectly crafted challenge, just for him.
- Thinks the fireworks platforms are probably some of the coolest things he's ever seen, so while he's not going to be stuck by the sudden-color-loss-sickness he will definitely find anyone willing to work some of those things with him. Also he's totally available for helping with your sudden-color-loss-sickness if you need someone to hold hands with/hug/what have you!
- Is incredibly bad at telling stories so if you wanna hear some confusingly told tales of some maybe outlandish or ~emotional~ moments in his life, getting him to Ohma's temple would be simple enough.
- Likes sleeping so this weird glitch nonsense is the worst? why this?

Jinghuan is probably mostly going to be in on prompts II and IV, since I expect VR would completely break his brain at this point and he's neither an Ohma-follower nor inclined to share too much about himself. Though I'm not opposed to engineering a way to wrangle him into telling stories.

[edit] On second thought, he would probably take the opportunity to learn things about people/places/whatever so he might be lurking on prompt III. Bother him to share things, which he will probably keep not very telling.

With regard to the sleep prompt, I haven't fully settled where he's going to be living, so is there anyone who wants a roommate? Bonus points if you don't mind doing all of the cooking and most of any other chores, since this guy is used to having servants and is therefore going to be pretty pathetic at household everything.

I: Believe it or not, they're no stranger to yardwork. They'll especially love teaming up for the harvesting game, and they can provide their voice to grow those pumpkin seeds up nice and beautiful. Listen, this is their default solution to everything. They're a bard.

II: A gray world is definitely going to make Kiwi feel rather depressed, especially when it reminds them a little too much of the town they grew up in that was very drab and dull. But this is a lot worse! And on top of that, because in the game of Wandersong the notes Kiwi sayings are related to color, outside of the VR games the grayscale will cause Kiwi to lose their ability to sing. They haven't lost their voice, just that nothing comes out if they try to sing. until the color comes back in full, Kiwi will need to have positive physical contact in order to sing. They will absolutely do whatever they can to fix this.

III: Kiwi loves a good story! They'll definitely be attending this story circle, but they're normally very reserved about the bad parts of their life, which is a lot of what's on their mind. So suddenly telling people about how they've been trying to save their own world from destruction and how they miss their best friend will definitely be a surprise to everyone involved. Who wants them? 8D

IV: again, Kiwi isn't one to talk about their own problems. They'll probably need someone else to talk about the weird dreams and get them to admit that they had them too. Especially since at the moment, they live alone.

-ugh, VEGETABLES >B[ cue mr. complaining prince. ...but no for real he is a video game NERD so I suspect he'll be good at the VR stuff. he can also be quite competitive so if you want a high score /FINGERGUNS he is your guy. he's also likely to give away the prize because it would seriously cramp his cool guy style.

-for the fireworks his colour scheme is already pretty black and white, but he does love a good fireworks show and can often be convinced to do a few silly things if he gets something out of it. so, y'know. convince away! who knows, if he hears about the show he might even be the one to drag you in >_>;

-as a kid he loved to hear stories, and even now if it's a tale of a good adventure he'll be a listening ear. and he has plenty of wild stories of his own, thanks to long-ass roadtrip shenanigans. ask him about the giant turtle mountain.

-he's not a big fan of spooky dreams, but since his housemates already have each other for cuddles and comfort, Noct might go venturing out early in the morning (!!! awake in the morning! what!? who is this guy) to pester people and get his mind off the creepiness interrupting his good dreams. though if someone comes to him to talk about it he can be sympathetic, y'know, depending.


LUP

-she's still kiiiiinda iffy about the VR stuff, has never done it before. but she could be convinced to try it. she'll also probably gripe about farming specifically, but ho damn will she ever absolutely want to destroy the slingshot game.

-I think I'm gonna have Lup go greyscale, and that'll unsettle her quite a bit (both because she loves colour and also HELLO KINDA UNDEAD), meaning she'll be more willing to grab unsuspecting folks up to do the fireworks stuff.

-for Ohma's temple, she doesn't go there often, but she has a lot of fun adventuring stories to share, since she's been D&D wizarding it up for 200 years, so it's a good chance to exchange some fun tales if people want to drag her in to try it. Or she can drag them once she knows about it. /SHRUG

Aqua will definitely be trying the games and, if anyone needs a game partner, won't be hard to convince. Since she loves helping people out. And she'll definitely be letting her partner keep the prizes if they want, most of the time.

Guess who gets to keep her colors! She will, however, be helping anyone and everyone who has had their colors dulled. And she'll absolutely help with the fireworks.

III

Aqua will share her story, albeit hesitantly since she's not an adherent of Ohma, but as a warning, KH3 spoilers abound in here! Unless you specifically ask for spoiler free.

IV

Good thing Aqua lives in a house full of kids and is friends with Goofy, huh? She won't let her own anxiety about the dreams show, especially around the kids, but she may be found to be a little more on edge. And definitely won't turn down some good old hugs.

This boy loves games. His only experience with video games is Pac-Man and some VR games from a planet he visited in one of his previous games. So he's going to be playing these games, trying to strategically figure out the fastest routes and how to get lines quick/grow a big pumpkin.

Ciel is still a bit wary of physical contact. He's better now, thanks to Undertaker, so he might be convinced of little things like holding hands for a bit of little hugs.

III

I don't... think anyone wants his story. And this prompt COULD come with some confessions from recent chapters (which includes a headcanon name since Yana Toboso is a butt) but also his past has some CSA stuff that he would absolutely gloss over and ignore.

IV

He does not handle nightmares well. Luckily, this doesn't quite his nightmare level but his stress levels won't be much better. He'll be a bit jumpy and on edge when he wakes up from a nights sleep or a nap/

Hello 👀

I. Please take her to play games, she's probably the type who's never set foot in an arcade nor played much, if any, video games before. She had a sheltered upbringing which mostly consists of only learning Important Stuff, like studying or playing the piano. She'd definitely do her best though and will be really enthusiastic about it, so you'd at least be rewarded with a formidable harvesting ally!

II. Her hair is black already, this may not affect her overall look that much. But should you need anyone to hold your hand, she'd be up for it! She doesn't know what these firework platforms are, so if you do... hand-holding in exchange for information, maybe? She'd love to learn more about this world, after all.

III. Momo will probably be there at least to listen, since she does love learning in all forms. Might get a bit too curious and poke you with a lot of questions, though. Also good with comforting people, so if you'd need more than just an ear and moreso someone who can spare some kind words, she's here!

IV. Will she be anxious about it? Terribly. Will she tell anyone? Probably not because she'll think that she'd just be a bother. She may look obviously sleep-deprived though, so anyone who's experienced it may figure out she's dealing with the same thing.

I don't have any concrete plans just yet, so I'll toss up some vague thoughts and see what we can hash out before attempting to top level tomorrow night. Come at me, bros~

1. Robot Crossing: Once again, he loves the vidya. Please descend with him into farm sim hell, whether he's dragging you along or you're shoving him in headfirst.
2. Paint By Number: Please give him all the fireworks. He loves these platforms so much, they're amazing. He's happy to help get people/things' colors back, but I think it might be fun to have him be one of the monochrome people, because it's SO uncharacteristic of him. That wouldn't last long, of course, since he's bound to get cuddly with people fast.
3. Sharing is Caring: Will 100% be hanging around a lot to watch the parades and listen to the stories. He'd probably be a little reticent to tell stories himself, unless they're fun, recent ones from being an Elite or from journeying--either way, they're probably not going to be too deeply personal or emotional. For once, he might need a bit of prodding himself, he's bad at sharing pieces of himself.
4. Sleep Sweet: He may actually get rattled by these dreams, because indistinct, looming, unsettling figures would probably remind him of the guy who groomed him to be a personal evil minion. May or may not make another journal post at some point that's just like "Hey. Hey, guys. I bet it'll work this time, too. Come sleep with me. /lounges on a bed" I haven't decided yet. Either way, could be a rare chance to get to see him not On and happy?

Ib is still in the This is Fine.jpg camp regarding her being not okay over last month's shenanigans ruining sleep schedules. She also still is putting on her act of leery street cat that will come up to your porch once in a blue moon but disappears if you try and domesticate. Aka she's still closet surfing regarding her low key ptsd from her canon regarding staying still usually equated bad things so yeah there's that. Other then that she is Doing Her Best in helping others as much as possible as a Good Girl should.


That one Rainbow Bright Movie aka Paint by Number

Ib is def going to go monochrome for this. How this goes down depends on the answer to my question to the mods. If I can play around with it her rose is going to go gray first before it bleeds down into the rest of her. Something those that know about her rose may understand while everyone else can be ??? over her carrying around a gray flower.

If it just goes gray along with the rest of her then well, either way she's going to be sporting that weird selfie filter until someone manages to towel her like the stray cat she is get her to sit still long enough to cuddle the color back into her.

Also she may or may not be having a meltdown in some corner because Did the painting world finally find her!?!?!? so someone might have to talk/comfort her down from that panic attack.

Firework stands she will def do because Helping! and it will help her feel safer regarding this not being something from her canon trying to get her and all her new friends here.


Story Time with Dr. Ohma!

Ib is child blunt enough you could get pretty much get everything out of her if you drag her up there and say it's to help Dr. Ohma out (I will die on the hill of giving polite prefixes to these gods.) She also will listen to even the most boring of tales from you with no judgement what so ever so she's someone you can roll bank on for this regarding telling things about yourself.

Remember above about her stray cat ways? Yeah...Yeaaaaah. Ib is going to suffer this a lot and considering the things she went through in canon she's just going to believe it's something from there because that's clearly a mixture of the plaster heads and the headless mannequins finally finding her in this place.

Oh look this could also lead to another meltdown about things chasing/looking for her to hurt her and her friends. Especially if it takes a while for someone to notice her slow zombification due to lack of sleep


TL;Dr: Bitty is going to have a Rough time of it, I likely will be slow with getting into this stuff due to work, and she's likely not going to be all that out and about during this month because she's gotta go figure out what horrible puzzle the tall man wants her to solve so he will leave her alone.

OKAY SO MORE IMPORTANTLY I'm probably going to include prompts for II and III in Akira's top-level, and I'm just probably not gonna do much of anything with IV, so. There's that. Moving on with my actual thoughts--

1. You want a VR buddy? Akira is so down for these games. He's also super competitive so let's aim for those high scores!! Drag him into all the stupid shit to grow that pumpkin!!
2. Akira's not actually losing any of his color (and like how would you tell anyway, his hair's black and his eyes are gray and he prefers neutral colors!!!) but he's so down for snuggling people to help them regain color! He's also super down for the fireworks business because fireworks are great.
3. Story-swapping! He's very much here for this, but how much he'll actually say kind of... depends on who he's with. He'll at least readily offer up more mundane info about his world and some of his story but it's possible he may not get too in-depth.

Robot Crossing
So, someone please help Lillie grow a magical pumpkin through storytelling, or drag her into a silly interpretive dance. See if she'll sing. Use this pumpkin's emotional well being to bring her out of her shell a little. She's probably be curious enough to check out the arcade and that's when you gotta snag her.

Paint By Number
Lillie probably won't lose any color, but she'll be sad to see others doing so and would love to help bring it back. You only need to explain the purpose of the platforms to get her onboard, probably. And if you're shy or nervous about stepping onto the platforms, or visibly hesitating, she's almost certain to offer to hold your hand and take the plunge with you!!

Sharing Is Caring
Storytelling is...complicated, for Lillie. Before being stuck on "gods fueled by storytelling" island, she might have taken part happily but. I suspect it will remind her too much of things lost and bad times. That said, please encourage her to overcome this fear and tell a story. She might share some of the good times with Guzma and/or Luna, or talk about Ren and Tim and all the kind people she met. So Lillie currently lives alone and hates it as is. This is probably her chance to find a roommate. I have a network post planned for her to talk about how she's struggling to sleep and having nightmares and really wants someone she can live with or share a bed with to feel less alone and scared.

hi!! sorry if I don't have anything too specific as of yet, but if anyone wants to chat up some ideas or potentially handwaved things that might have happened since the last threads before this time around since it's been a little while, I am game.

II - she's not really all that observant about the color issue, but if she has more familiarity with your character and the possibility of them not looking right, or them realizing it in themselves and going to her for help, we could see what happens there.

She's definitely aligned to Ohma and hangs out around the area, for anyone who wants a free listener. Stories from her... unlikely, given the entire audience factor, and her struggles with her personal narrative. But maybe it might be inspiring, listening to someone else and figuring out what might even count, who knows...!

Alrighty. /rubs hands together. Let's get some plotting done! These are just some general ideas, I'm definitely not beholden to them so if you want to do something that doesn't line up with these I'm more than happy to work something out. I'm incredibly eager to boost Lance's existing and new CR! Work kicked me in the butt lately but I'm getting back on the boat.


1. Robot Crossing - Lance grew up helping out on a farm back home, so he's good at this, yo. And he loves the VR stuff because woohoo, having more than one video game to play. Join him and have all the fun. He can get pretty competitive sometimes, though it depends on who he's playing with.

2. Paint by Number - He'll be going from platform to platform, wanting to help restore color to the world, because he's a helpful guy and also color is a very important thing. I'm toying with the idea of his hair going grey just to freak him out, too, so he might need help with that LOL. People may hear a loud screech one morning coming from his house if that occurs... But yeah, lots of hand holding.

3. Sharing is Caring - Do you want to hear tales of an intergalactic war against an evil empire that's been in power for ten thousand years? Lance doesn't mind telling them. Learn about how a bunch of kids from age 14-18 (and one young adult) got yeeted into space to be pretty much drafted into said war. There's good stories, bad stories, some stories that Lance is more cagey than others about telling. Alternatively, he's more than happy to tell stories about his childhood in Cuba and all the fun he had then, and how much he loves and misses his family. Lance likes to talk. A lot. I'll probably have two prompts for that prompt, one for the war stuff and one for the family stuff. But I'd love for people to learn more about the shit he's had to go through at a very young age.

4. Sleep Sweet - When this starts getting bad, Lance is going to be pretty damn anxious. Nightmares are nothing new to him, they're pretty common actually, but this one isn't about the war. It'll be creeping out, and while he's awake, he's going to be kind of twitchy and jumpy, especially when he sees movement from the corner of his eye. He's literally tired of having his sleep interrupted, so please, come cuddle with him at night.

Again, if you have any ideas that don't line up with this stuff, tell me anyway! These are just prelim ideas anyway. <3

Twenty years late with Starbucks: Misa

I.

Misa's never done VR, but she's seen it used in a variety of ways. There are entire VR rooms in the Republic, so the technology is a little backward for her. But, she'll be charmed by its quaintness. However, she fails at these games. With these being VR, she can't use her instincts the way she always does in RL, so she's comically bad. But, she'd be interested in playing, if only because back home her "play" is not so... lightheared.

II.

She's going to be turning gray. It'll be a gradual thing, but she tends to only wear her white dress, anyway, so it won't be noticed until it starts affecting her hair. Then, she'll promptly freak and demand someone fix it. Yes, she's a little diva at times, but can you blame her?

III.

Misa will gladly tell stories of the house and Freema and Jocko and the Mistress. She'll tell of the time a prankwar nearly erupted. And how Freema always made sure there were tarts for her whenever she went out and returned. LET HER TELL YOU THINGS.

NOTE: This thread if anyone's game, will likely have a whole host of trigger warnings. Just so you know.

IV.

So, Misa is used to random people she doesn't recognize showing up in her dreams. QuiGon, in my head canon for her, is watching out for her. This will freak her out, some, but not nearly as much as some other people. However, if someone needs to hold a hand and talk about it, she'll gladly do so! She'll even sing a song she knows, or if she can find one, play a lute for you!

Link is going to tell all sorts of stories! The fall of Calamity Ganon, the time he tamed a horse the size of a house, the time he had to dress like a cute girl to sneak into Gerudo Town...lots of stuff! As usual, Edgeworth will be a little more reticent, but he'll certainly talk about his world. No personal stories. You must be a level four friend to unlock his tragic backstory. Wanna hear about some wacky cases? WE GOT THAT. Y'ALL WANNA HEAR ABOUT MURDER? WE GOT THAT

The dreams will concern Link quite a lot, so he's going to want to talk about them. Edgeworth, too, will be concerned, because this is going to start happening in his nightmares, which is very rude of me, but since he's too proud he won't talk about it until people call him out on looking like he hasn't slept in a week.

I - she would be avoiding the VR!

II - i'm having her eyes be leeched of colour, and according to character creation it would look something like this, because ig limbal rings have no chill. :U

III - she'll be sharing the spoilery story from the lvl 80 dungeon because sentimental reasons, though she has a lot of other ones to share. she dislikes having much attention on her, so she'd just tell her tale and split asap

IV - Era will probably dodge dreaming if things get too #unsettling but otherwise she's pretty accustomed to having disquiet in her heart and feeling permanently uncomfortable (thanks, Deerington!) also monsters with incredibly long arms are pretty standard in her life so that wouldn't really phase her.

Regis is going to be quite upset about seeing anyone he knows losing color. He's going to be upset if he sees people he DOESN'T know losing color. He cares, too much. X.x So he is very available for hugs (even if your name is Verstael) or fireworks setting off. He remembers well the platforms and may just be found lingering on one.

Maybe even dancing. We'll see how he's feeling at the time. LOL

PROMPT III: Sharing is Caring:

This is the prompt I'm most looking forward to because Regis likes telling stories, even if he might be a little prone to exaggerating. Want to hear about the talking octopus daemon he and his friends fought a few years back? How about the time he beat his shield at cards and made him cluck like a chicken? (There may or may not have been alcohol involved.)

More seriously, he also needs to talk about what happened right before he was brought to Havenwell, though he may very well frame it as having happened to someone else before slipping up and making it clear it's about him. Poor baby. He's hiding a lot of bad feels inside at the moment.

PROMPT IV: Sleep Sweet:

Oh, speaking of what happened right before he came here, guess who will be dreaming about Adagium chasing him? Yep, this guy. Good times. Who needs sleep? Not him that is for sure.

Prompt II Now Cor is likely to lose color though it might be hard to tell at first as he wears mostly black/very dark blue and is already going grey anyways. The fireworks will be intriguing though.

Prompt III Time to embarrass tf out of his King! YES!! Please everyone listen to tales of Regis being a fool. He will be eager to hear stories from his CR though and, when he's absolutely certain Regis isn't around, he would honor the traditions of the natives and tell stories about his fallen comrades. Expect that to be rough though.

Prompt IV he never sleeps anyway. Seriously though the worst part is the big bad in his dreams is going to be those he believes he's failed. Haunted by spectres blaming him for their deaths (Regis, Clarus, Mors,... maybe even Noctis a little)

He's experiencing vivid dreams and some disorientation because he is now CRAU updated with his memories from thewake and remembers memories from home, feeling homesick. He remembers very vividly but doesn't think it was real and is working on grounding himself, in the here and now.

V.Wildcard
He's experiencing anxiety and stress, so he kills time at the VR cafes or reading the book tablets from the library, reading them at the cafes, or working around the city. He's acting irrationally the way he does because he's now CRAU updated with his memories from thewake and remembers his wife, Leanne.
