There's been no indication of ghosts, spectres, or otherwise spooky behaviour caused by the strange wind or in general, so inquiries related to that are noted but mostly dismissed. Locals will be keeping an eye out for them, however, since it is a valid point that such beings did appear in similar ways during this season in prior years.
The Crawling One does garner some intrigue, though less is known about the lore of that particular being, and no concerns have sprouted up at the walls (southwest or otherwise). After a few days of asking around and collecting information, word begins to spread that while there are no visual changes either within the facility or in the inaccessible mineshaft below, workers at the factory describe a low howling noise rising up from the shaft on occasion, and the rumble of something below. It feels sort of like the street just above where a subway train passes by.
